HOW DOES SureAdvance.net COLLECT AND SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
SureAdvance.net collects your information when you inquire or fill out an online form or loan application. We submit the information you provided in your application to Lenders. SureAdvance.net is not a lender or agent for any Lender but does follow privacy policies generally required of Lenders.
To safeguard your personal information from hackers and unauthorized use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. Our website is scanned daily by McAfee for security vulnerabilities and their seal only shows after our website has passed intensive scans.

Additionally, under the federal e-sign ACT, with your consent, we can deliver such required information to you electronically and can use e-records and e-signatures in connection with your transactions with lenders in our network. Access to Loan Information
To reduce the potential for unwanted e-mails and SPAM, SureAdvance.net may provide a substitute e-mail address to the lender as your e-mail. We will forward any legitimate e-mails related to your loan or application sent to this substitute e-mail address for a reasonable period (at least [six months] following the date of your Application). You understand that through this substitute e-mail address, we may have access to information regarding any loan made to you by a Lender or other correspondence sent to you by the Lender. We may also, at any time, provide Lenders with the actual e-mail address you provided on your Application.
Restrictions
You must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States to submit a loan request. You agree not to use this Site for any illegal or inappropriate activities.
Third Party Advertisers
In order to provide our services free of charge, we may display advertisements. By accessing or using this website, you expressly agree to receive these advertisements. We may provide links or automatically redirect you to third party web sites that do not operate under this Policy.
